Uniform

Students attending The Priory School are our ambassadors and are expected to dress and behave in a way that reflects our standards. The uniform should be smart with all items clearly marked.

Item

Requirements

Blazer

Black blazer with school badge. Compulsory. It is to be worn at all times unless given permission by a teacher.

School Tie

Relevant school tie must be worn at all times.

Skirt

Black knee length pleated school skirt with green stripe. Skirt must not be rolled up. No leggings underneath.

Trousers

Black school trousers. Skinny trousers/jeggings/leggings/black jeans are not permitted

Shirt

White shirt. Must be tucked in at all times (not sports shirt) and top buttons done up.

Shoes

Black leather/suede or leather-look shoes. No boots, trainers or sports logos on shoes.

Socks/Tights

Natural/black tights or plain grey, black or white socks. No leggings or footless tights. No socks worn on top of tights.

Jumper

Black v-neck jumper with school logo - optional.

Hair

No extreme haircuts. Dyed hair should be one natural colour. No shaved lines in the hair or eyebrows. Long hair must be tied back for some practical lessons.

Make-up/Nail varnish

Make-up must not be worn No nail varnish, gels/shellac/acrylic nails or fake eyelashes.

Jewellery

One pair of small plain studs, no other jewellery is permitted. One watch is allowed. Smart watches linked to mobile devices will be confiscated if used for communication purposes.
