Learning Resource Centre
More than a building that houses books and data, the library has always been a window to a larger world - a place where we've always come to discover big ideas and profound concepts . . . . Libraries remind us that truth isn't about who yells the loudest, but who has the right information. And so the moment we persuade a child, any child, to cross that threshold into a library, we've changed their lives forever, and for the better. This is an enormous force for good.

LRC at the Priory
The LRC is a busy hub of the school providing a bright and welcoming environment for reading and research. The LRC brings together books and technology to support students and staff for all subject areas. We choose resources to enhance the curriculum and liaise with teaching staff to make sure that everything is meaningful and age appropriate.
Students can search the LRC database, OLIVER, to find supporting texts and websites and can access their LRC account to find out about their own loans and to reserve books.
Reading Lists
The books and authors listed below are regarded as good quality literature. This is a guide to help students and parents choose challenging reads.
